I have a mobile detailing business and I have been trying to gain customers but I think they are scared off by my prices when they want their car polished. I was thinking a one step polish but I have no idea were to start any advice on one step polishes and pad combos would be great.

Also what are your thoughts about spray waxs

A good one step true polish is Menzerna Power Finish. It has good cut but will finish down LSP ready. You would usually use this with a orange or white pad depending on the condition of the paint. Meguiar's D151 is a good AIO. It cleans, corrects, and seals the paint in one step. These are two good products to look into. Oh and Optimum Car Wax is a highly recommended spray wax with insane slickness.

Depending on the paint Ultimate Compound often finishes LSP ready.

Menzerna PowerFinish for a 1 step polish, Optimums Poli-seal for an AIO one step with protection included.

If you're looking for a true "one step" product that contains protection and does correction, look at either DG 501 or DG Swirl Remover. Both are true one steps. Both are cheap, both are awesome products. Both can be purchased by the gallon to minimize your costs to keep your profits up.

When you say "one step", are you talking about one polishing step, or are you looking for an AIO (polish and protection)?

With the SMAT polishes and now the MF pads, it's really easy to do a one-step "compounding" that looks really good on most paints.

Look into the Griot's polishes mixed with their sealant. Their One-Step Sealant is a mix of their #3 polish plus their sealant. You can mix any of their polishes with the sealant and come up with what you need for any job. Hard clear? Mix in more polish or maybe #2. Soft clear? A little of #3 or #4.
I love the One-Step. It has a Long working time, it's easy to remove, and it has a nice candy coated look.

If your looking for a AIO(with protection),Optimums Poli-seal works nicely.Optimums GPS(lil more bite than Poli-seal)should also show promising result's.

Meg D151, Opt Poli-seal or Duragloss 501/601.

D151 has more bite but 501/601 has more protection.

Pinnacle XMT360 is a great product, easy to work with. I wish it was sold in gallon a container. For a little more cut Megs 151 is also great and economical.

Duragloss 501 has both strong cleaners and nano abrasives and it lasts a long time. I often do an UC step before the 501.
