What grinds my gears?????
People with their head so far up their a$$ they are completely self-absorbed.
Case in point:
Was at the gym last night waiting IN LINE for a treadmill. Some lady walked right past the line and was trying to get on the treadmill that was opening up. The woman in front of me said she had been waiting, sorry.
You'd think she would have gotten the hint... um, no.
Next treadmill that opened up she PLANTED herself behind it (to the point that the woman trying to get off of it had to maneuver around her so she could get off it, then come back on it to wipe it down.
Yeah, that wasn't flying with me. I rolled up to her and told her sorry, I'm next. I would say I got in her face, LOL but she was a good foot taller than me. She just rolled her eyes at me and walked away.
Seriously? Damn! Can't even workout without people being idiots :bash:

^ years ago I was at the gym and wanted to work out on the arm press machine (the ones with the handle bars) and there were two of them side by side. one guy was working out on one and had his stuff (towel, keys, etc.) on/near the other one. I kindly asked if those were his belongings and if I can use that machine and his response was something like, " no, I'm using it and will be done shortly" which ended up being too long for me to wait while he was BSing. totally BS and one person is not going to be using two pieces of equipment at the same time. people these days are so full of themselves, and self centered it's pathetic. I could of complained to the front staff but chose not to...

At least it wasn't on the paint.
Today someone came into work (BMW dealer) and stated her TPM light was on and wanted us to check her tires. I go out to the car to find a completely flat tire with a huge tear in the sidewall. She blamed us because she was recently in for service :doh:

Lol. Went to Philly car show today. Ibiz was there hawking their detailing wares infomercial style next to what looked like a Sham-Wow both. They were selling some kind of "kit" for 70 bucks.
The dude was yelling a lot of "folks... This is amazzzzzzing". Then they were throwing in their $30 metal polish that looks like it came out of a can of Nevr Dull for absolutely free.
Didn't see anyone buying it though.
Then my non-detailer car enthusiast buddy I was with asked me if he should buy it. I'm like are you kidding me? Have you seen my garage (he's been in my garage like 5000 times - including the night before).

The worst part is seeing how beat up the cars get there. I went on the first day and just about every Acura's dash was popped out of place and the paint on every car there really got hammered. I guess that happens when thousands of people get all touchy-feely with the cars.

A friend of mine took some pics at the auto show.... He took the picture in a "roped off" section.
Guess what? Someone's kid was in the roped off area HANGIN OFF a spoiler of a car :doh:

Faceless comments and hidden racist people grinds my gears. This was almost like reading a "rant and raves" on Craigslist.

I've read a couple of others on here that just BLEW MY MIND!!!!, Not much that ignorant people say it, that's expected but the Mods allow it to stay up. I've already copied (screen shot) them.
Just saying, A sealant ending with ACT will never get purchased by me.

Im not really sure what you found racist? How is disliking the President or disliking our countries broken entitlement system racist?
People should be FREE to express their opinions as long as it is in a non threatening way. Opinions are like that, as long as you are not threatening anyone, you are allowed to have one.

FYI- compared to other forums I am on or have been on, this one is very mild and people are very respectful.
I haven't seen anything horrific on here. Granted, I haven't read every single thread, but overall the tone is pretty positive.
Maybe this isn't the place to speak politics, but it IS a "what grinds your gears" thread. So game on.
If anything you are making it racist.

Quite frankly, this also grinds my gears..The fact that I am buying generic products, and the person in front of me has all brand name food items, then pays with the Illinois Link card, then I see them in the parking lot with a newer Cadillac on aftermarket wheels..and I have a Hyundai..:nomore:
