Hey guy's and gals, I am almost out of Power lock only about 4ozs left. I have also BFWD been using to depends on paint color. So what would be your next choice out there...anything on the Prima Sealant?? thanks for information..:props:

Now that I have tried UPGP I'll probably not buy any other sealant but I do like Poorboy's World EX-P. I have tried the Powerlock and BFWD but liked EX-P better for some reason. I think the metallic pops better with EX-P.

Sorry but no experience with Prima.

Four Star UPP , DP Poli-coat, or Wolfgang Concours.

You really can't go wrong with PL and BFWD. Epic from Prima is good too, but you have to ask yourself who is really going to notice the difference. As far as looks go they will all look very similar, and if cared for they should all last for about the same amount of time. I use BFWD mostly because it is just so slick and glossy. But I'm usually a wax guy, so take that with a grain of salt.

It also might be a good time to try out Prima Hydro Seal. I think they are talking about 8 months of durability. If that is true, it beats PL and BFWD by a couple months. But I don't have any experience with that product yet.

Stick with PL! I'm almost through with a spring polish and a layer of it, and I remembered how easy it was to work with and the looks and slickness rock.

PL is a great sealant... Duragloss 111 is also another that I would suggest. Not quite as easy to remove as PL (but not difficult by any means).

111 provides a SUPER glossy finish!

Duragloss---great longevity, great shine, and great price.

:iagree: +1,000,000

Ultima Paint Guard Plus (UPGP) is a wipe-on walk-away sealer. The feel is incredibly slick, the look is wetlike, it can be layered (which will improve the look and durability) and it can be applied in less than 20 minutes!!! I've tried Souveran Paste, WG DGPS 3.0, DP Policoat and UPGP is my favorite by far!

Collinite 845 is considered more of a wax, right? However, it surely outlasts most sealants.
