What should water beading look like?

Maybe I'm just a little odd, I find it really entertaining what happens to water beads like that as I drive away. On a car with a really hydrophobic surface, those tiny beads all start to merge together and then rapidly roll up the hood. At 45~50 mph the whole hood is dry in a couple blocks.

With a sealant like 845 the drops would form big blobs which would start to shake like a jello mold and then self destruct into a shower tiny droplets into the slipstream moving over the car.

I need help....

Nice!! Lol

I guess I need help too. I love watching my 476S "blow dry" as I pick up speed to about 30mph 2 blocks from my house. :dblthumb2:

You don’t need help. This is perfectly normal behavior. Just tell your friends that we at AGO said so.

Rainy day. This is what I'm seeing. Compared to TW SNS, the beading is less pronounced. I have thought about getting a true coating or PPF on the front hood/bumper and roof, but I'm holding off because I don't think I'll have this car longer than 3 years.
