Hello everyone. This is my first dive into the AG community. I look forward to sharing, learning from you all. The Profesional as well as the newbies like myself. Here's my question. What size Pressure Washer would be good enough for daily use detailing. Cars trucks boats rv semi tanks bikes or planes. What is enough psi to cover either one and what gpm would you guys recommend?

Thanks for any and all insight.

What are you realistically going to use it for? Your listed spectrum of uses is far too broad to recommend a particular machine.

my opinion

If you were just going to use it for cars/boats etc i think somewhere around 1800 - 2000 psi would be more than enough

My guess is that you will find other stuff to clean (garage floors, decks, maybe your house) then you will want more

I bought a 2800 psi from sams club, little honda gas motor. I thought i would want one for cars too, but once you start, you find yourself washing more than just cars....and then you might regret going with a smaller unit

Go big or go home! (2800-3200) will clean cars just fine, just stay back from them with the nozzle!

Paint will not do well with pressure over 1900 psi....

That's the thing. I have several clients for just cars alone. But eventually I will want to do more.

But that's just me thinking about the better value for my money. I think the bigger washers have a feature that let's you turn down the pressure. But I'm not sure
