what spray wax for lowest package

Just to complicate things I feel the need to suggest something not mentioned already. I really like the look of Blackfire Wet Diamond Polymer spray and it seems to last about a week on my truck.

This! I don't offer sealant/wax on my base exterior package but I would probably do a PS wipedown before I send it out the door. I would guess a week or two also. Of course with PS 3x the cost of d156, maybe I need to get a gallon of that. Nice thing about PS though, you only use about 1-2 ounces per vehicle.

well I'll be sure to look into the optimum and D156.
I know I said it didn't need to last long, but preferably more then 1 week :-)

I still don't know the durability of sonax BSD. I've seen it has amazing beading amd sheeting abilities, but nothing about durability.

AQUAWAXXXXXX!!! All the way. Spray it as your drying and it is AWESOME. I haven't used any of the others suggested in this post either.

I saw this in action today and its pretty cool.
Can any1 tell me about it and if its pricey, durable, do u put it in a spray bottle, whats comparable, etc.

Just saw its by Duragloss and I don't think the product I saw was by Duragloss?? it was a blue liquid.

D156. Done and done

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using AG Online

For the money you can't beat UQW, sure it doesn't last long but I've yet to find one that does.
Just makes it so darn easy to wax your car in between waxing.

Sonax BSD is very durable, it lasted easily in my daily driver for 4 weeks and 6 washes. it should have lasted longer, but I wanted a new wax and removed it. I tried doubling my shampoo dose but it didn't work I only managed to remove it by using megs APC+ at 1:10 ratio.

If you just want that extra shine and slick feel for your customers, car stays cleaner longer, easier to clean the next time, Optimum quick detailer and gloss enhancer is what I use in my basic package. Diluted in 1:3 ratio, very economical.

It's not pricey at all, although it's a couple bucks more than Megs 156. Actually by the gallon it's not 951, but 952. ;) I mentioned it earlier in the thread as well. Use it all the time along with Megs 156. I think it (on a already slick/clayed/nanoskinned surface) leaves a slicker finish than 156. :dunno:

Yes, it is a blue liquid. It also smells AWESOME! :)

You need to locate a distributor in your area that sells bulk car-care products...even 55 gallon drum sizes.

They may not be the "brand names" you're used to seeing/hearing about.
Good products for the package you have in mind...at very reasonable price-points!

Don't.

Your goal is to get the customer to have you maintenance wash their vehicle monthly/ bi-weekly etc. Use a paste/liquid wax/sealant and make your life easier when you do a maintenance wash.

Will save you the hassle if they decide to go through a Swirlinator.

I use spray wax on these washes, never on a detail.

My 2 cents.

Seems that he just wants a quicky wax shot, that is what he asked about. the cheepest answer is ... 3 bucks a bottle. big lots, as I have said. Though I see the point of makeing your maintance wash easier, but even the cheep stuff last 2 weeks most the time. Just impress on the customer that brushes and strips are bad for the car. use touchless, and then when They come back to you,, you should be fine against swrils (mostly). It just depends on what your really trying to do.

Could try a wash n wax soap too. Never tried any so don't know which ones last the longest or produce the best shine.

The only time I ever use a spray wax is if I have sealed the paint and its just a maintenance wash.

I agree with this, but the lone exception in my book is Optimum Car Wax. It does have great durability, and other than how it is applied can hardly be described as a spray wax.

Oh if you want 'cheep-cheep' you can find Eagle 1 wax as you dry on BOGO sometimes at Advance. ;)

I have a bottle of the Optimum car wax, haven't used it yet, but think I will this weekend:)
