When you wash the vehicle you can just go over the tail lights at the same time. If you mean cleaning tail lights between washing, you could use a waterless wash just like you would on the paint. Just make sure you use proper techniques, because you can get swirls and scratches on plastic, just like you can on paint.

Most can be polished out like the headlights. I seal mine with Opti Guard after I polish them. They really hold up well.

treat them just like the painted parts of your car, wash, polish, seal them the same exact way.

I use Plexus or DP Plex-All from the start and they always are bright, reflective, and new looking.
