Miami used to have a couple Porsche police cars, I have a picture of one hanging in the house lol, think my mother or somebody snapped it. I think they were from repossesions durring drug raids, not sure if they still have them.

dengood1, I pay more then enough property taxes. That's all the FHP is going to get out of me unless they give me a speeding ticket. The only way they will get my car is if they can catch me doing 195 on alligator alley and take my car away.

Do they even pull over people on Alligator Alley anymore lol? I can't even remember how many high speed runs we did out there LOL, that's also where all the turbo Busa guys down here run.

I saw on the news were they were using planes to spot speeders on the alley. I have never seen them giving out to many tickets there. Have not had the Lambo on there yet by I have had the Viper quite a few times. The last time I was flying home accross the alley from Maimi about sunset. I never saw so many bugs on my car when I got home. I had to wash my it before I put it to rest for the night.
 
We've had a lot of fun out there :D . Best was when mothers friend and I were in his modded Porsche heading to our lake house in Lake Placid. Well....we took St Rd 27 straight up and got there in about 40 minutes....just a tad over the limit :D . Grandfather was caught by plane though, not on the Alley but on Turnpike, planes radio squad cars then the cars prepare for the speeder as he found out lol.

What I learned form this video is there should not be a speed limit on our freeways. O.K., let's just make a limit on 100 M.P.H. Fast? yes, it is! It will be just fine. All we gotta do is get rid of Yaris, Prius, and Echo (which are THE TRAFFIC MAKERS here in Sacramento, and in all California, I believe and very are set).

I feel the need for speed.

So trade the RL on an E63:D

I agree, I almost rear ended a Prius yesterday, she shot out of corner and she must have seen me comming, thank god for my suv having good brakes, I woulda pancaked her ass lol. She shot out, but barely accelerated, if it was a normal car or sports car she could have floored it and I wouldn't have had to slam on my brakes.

On I-95 in FL, if you drive less then 80, you'll get smacked by a Semi lol. I was going 85 the other day and had a large Semi actually pass me:eek:

I really like AWD. I do like new Audi S6 and S8 though.

But they do bite the wallet.

www.QoSlabs.com office is next to mine, the CEO has an S6. Don't really like it though, too plain, but there's an black S8 in the garage, sick sick sick, what a car! The slight changes in body work and wheels etc give it the presence of a Bentley, it's so stately yet mean looking. Audi awd really saps power though, the old tt RS6 couldn't even outpull an e39 M5 on the highway. Somehow the new S8, even though heavier and having a n/a engine is putting down better numbers then the RS6 was in terms of acceleration, what's odder is there's a slight difference in power between it and the S6 yet even with the heavier weight the S8 is quite a bit quicker (sombody underrrated the power lol). And the sound, it's like a deeper/growlier version instead of the Lambo V10 high pitch scream, beautiful.

May not be as fast as an S600 etc, but I would take the S8 anyday:
