I was asked to give a quote to dry wash a 5,000 fuel truck and a 10,000 gallon fuel truck. Not sure how to charge. Was thinking of charging per square foot. Any suggestions?

Yup, that's what I said. He specifically said no water.

What's dry wash? I have heard the term but not the definition. Is it like a waterless wash?

THAT MONSTER?

Charge by the week. Plus I don't know of any "dry wash" that will dissolve the gummy fuel residue and crud that a truck like that build up.

My personal opinion would be to give it a pass if he won't allow any type of degreaser and wash to be used.

My go to method would be not only a degreaser but steam too.

Perhaps steaming the whole thing would be considered a dry wash, but then again the OP may not have a steamer like that to steam a whole truck.

Sorry I meant dry wash as in waterless wash or rinseless wash. yea I was thinking about steam also, was going to ask him if that would be fine.

Any ideas as in price? Was planning on approaching with $1.25 sq/ft a week

Thats a monster job, with probably a lot of build-up. What excatly are they expecting?
1. Wash only?
2. Any type of dressings?

First understand exactly what they will want done and how much product and time you will need. Then give a price.

Thanks for the help guys, I plan to go back and ask what they are expecting.
