What to use between car washes?

What products should I use between car washes to keep the paint clean and smooth?
 
Poorboy's Spray and Wipe or any type of QD for light dust...

What products do you have?

I like QS, and have been toying with 1oz spray Souveran, 10oz QS for that added pop.

DP's FG detailer is hands down the best for the money.. $10 for 32oz. You simply can't beat it! It's the best smelling product I've ever used, and the gloss and depth is really nice. :awesome:
 
A good Quick Detailer will work for Dust nothing heavy
 
Another vote for Duragloss #951 or #921. I got #921 because it had great reviews, have yet to use it though.
 
You guys use QDers between washes? Your cars must not get as dirty as mine and I wash weekly... expecially lately with all the pollen. I would think that would scratch the car?

I worry about that as well, so I avoid doing so as much as possible.

But after a car wash, all of the above listed are good - I just rotate.

That's where Poorboy's Spray and Wipe comes into hand...

Check out blkyukons site for what he has used S&W on... I think you'd be surprised how safely it removes dirt... here are a few pics from his site:

For value, i think DP4in1 is the leader. I get a nice reflective surface afterwards. I use it every 1 to 2 days depending on the weather and my free time. If it's a real light dusting and i havn't done it in a couple of days, I will use the Spray Souveran. Why, because it is the shiznitobamsnipsnapsam.....I love this product! Infact, I think i am going to order a phrakin gallon of the stuff today! I really can not say enough good things about this product!
 
Within a day or two after a wash; Aquawax Wax as a QD over a sealant; Crystal Mist over Souveran/Liquid Souveran; Quickshine over all others. If dust is still light but I can see it I might use a Cal. Duster then QD. To be honest that operation still makes me skeptical about making swirls.
 
If its dusty I wash it first.No QD without a wash.Overkill??I don't know:D
 
I'm personally still quite cautious when using QDs on a dirty car. I'd rather play it safe and wash it properly first...
 
I'm just curious, have any of you that don't QD between washes actually tried it and noticed problems?
