that's why I asked, hoping someone would be in your area from the forum.
 
Honestly, if you are getting a DA later, I'd just wait until you get it. There might be one offered on the CyberBusters sale this weekend.

If it looks like it is going to be a while and must be done by hand, the UC and UP (or SwirlX) would bring some gloss back. Dont expect to remove a lot of swirls with it by hand.

I dont have any experience with the Duragloss line. I will say if Richy says it is magic, I'd believe him.
 
Duragloss 501 to clean top that with Duragloss 111. You can mix DG 601 in with both products as mentioned for a faster cure time and better bonding
Also Optimum Poli Seal topped with Opt Opti Seal looks great
