What would you charge.... plz read, need help by tomorrow

Mine was for a FULL Detail, as I am sure, the other higher numbers were.
Now for a wash and wax, I would charge a ball park figure of $175-250, and these numbers depend on the condition.

So actually, all the numbers look about the same to me. Im the MAN

I seriously doubt the Floridian detailers would even take a MF and QD out on that beast for the $170-250 price range you refernced.

What you have to factor in is the median income in the geography in question... regardless of what anyone says you will NOT get constant rates for the same service in different areas of the country unless the economics are similar PERIOD!

well I think what i'm gonna do is have a little meeting with him about what "my details" are and what he wants.... that will better help me determine what to charge. if he wants wash, wax, wipe down of interior and vac. $200. If I can sell him bigger package, sealant... fabric protection... the whole 9 yards. $400.

Sounds like a winning plan...such pratices with prospects that is the best way to ensure 100% satisfaction which ='s return customers

Yep, that's the right plan.

Educating your client about your level of detailing and letting him decide what he wants done is a good approach. Your pricing looks to be fair also although I might go a little higher for the "whole 9 yards".
Good luck!

I just did one like that 2 weeks ago full detail $ 600.00, it took 11 Hr. and it was black.

Educating your client is what will separate you from everyone else. Most people don't understand what a true detail really is. The old saying you get what you pay for isn't always everyone's standards. Show him your details of previous cars let him choose durability over just a quick cheap looking finish that won't last. Good Luck.
