Whats a good car wash gel?

Right now Im using Megs Gold that I bought from Costco, seems a tad strong, anyone have any better choices?
 
Duragloss #901 and Pinnacle bodywork shampoo.
 
If you want to go with the traditional style of shampoos, I really like Optimum's wash soap. To be honest though, I really don't find Gold Class to be all that harsh it's an excellent OTC car wash. NXT on the other hand is a very aggressive car wash. Other options include P21S body shampoo or #00 Hi-tech wash if you are looking for an even more gentle cleanser. Hope this helps.

Wolfgang and pinnacle are nice,just a tad expensive.Lubricity is excellent.Wolfgang even leaves a bit of a shine:awesome:
 
how many washes does the small one good for?
 
The Duragloss bottle is 16oz.

"Use only 1 ounce per 3 gallons of water to create a bucket of cherry-scented suds."

~16 washes.

What makes it seem strong? Just wondering :p I haven't used gold class shampoo before.
 
just that it seems to take off the wax after one wash.
 
i used gold b4 and i dont know if im going with it again. it does wash off the wax thats why we need SUPER WAX!
 
megs gold class is a great car soap...probably the best otc soap out there...

Does your paint feel unslick or grabby after you wash with gold class? Are you measuring the right ounce per gallon of water? Sorry bout the questions but I wanna know more about the shampoo :)
 
yea it feels grippy, I use the Mr Clean autodry sprayer
 
If you have a local Car Quest, get Duragloss concentrated car wash. There are 16 oz bottles and they cost up to 5 dollars. I got mine for 4.70 something. If you wanna buy online on AG, there's a lot of good shampoos. Poorboy's Super Slick & Suds is my favorite right now, with Duragloss as well.

Poorboy's SS&S, Duragloss 901, Pinnacle.
 
I love my GC great OTC i like the smell to for some reason I dont know why!

I use DG 901. I got the gallon for $24 and it is the best soap I have ever used. I prefer it over SS&S because of a much lower price for the same performance.
