What's in Collinite 845?

When you guys are talking about multiple applications..... how do you do that. I use collinite 845 as well. Do you apply wipe then apply again and wipe ? Sorry im still a noob lol

x2?

and also with 845 would you still use a prewax polish then sealant then use the 845 and possibly a regular wax on top of that?

2 coats jst means you apply once, remove like normal then repeat process again. You dont have to use a pre wax cleaner, just a good thorough wash to steip grease road grime and any previous lsp. Some ppl do apply a carnauba wax ontop of 845 for looks purposes.

cool thanks. does it give it a wet look or something with the carnauba over it ???

That is the general concencus, tho some dont notice much of a difference depending on paint color and what carnauba wax was used.

Whatever's in it seems to bring out the "warmth" in both grey and silver paints. I put a coat of 845 over DP Poli-Coat and the finish just got better. The silver paint was on a 2004 Matrix that hadn't seen any surface treatment for quite a while. Collinite 845 is the bomb in our garage. Love that stuff - I even like the smell. Is that weird?

so i have a grey metallic truck so a good carnuba wax over the collinite would make it look better ?

Not for long.

I'd go with #845 x 2 and then maintain with a quality QD/spray wax to give it extra pop after washing, e.g. #425, OCW, or AW depending on the look you're going for.

I heard from a source it includes..
