what's one product that has impressed you (lately)?

CarPro Essence Plus is another that comes to mind

The MOST impressive product I've bought to date is the CR Spotless Deionizer and filtration system.
My husband has washed his car, used the leaf blower on it and then driven it down the road and back and come back with ZERO spots.

Oh, and he has a BLACK car. I witnessed it. I would not have believed it had I not seen it for myself.

My next purchase.

A friend recently picked up a sample bottle of Griot's Best of Show QD at the recent Vintage Grand Prix in Pittsburgh. I've tried it on the modern Black paint of my DD, as well as the OEM lacquer of my El Camino and am very favorably impressed. I don't use QD's much, but I have Britemax, Kenotek, Duragloss, Optimum, Sonax and GG Speed Shine on hand in the quest for one that's compatible with both old and new paints, doesn't streak (a big issue on my old lacquer) and resists waterspotting. Best-of-Show nails it in all aspects, not to mention great gloss enhancement and slickness.

Sonax brilliant shine. Can't believe I just found out about this stuff. I think it may have dethroned D156 for me. No clue why they market it as a QD. It's a full on sealant.

Optimum Carpet & Fabric Cleaner and Protectant. This stuff is just awesome for cleaning and maintaining carpet and fabric floor mats.

This stuff blew me away too. Love the hydrophobic qualities. A guy named Loach has a video on youtube and that made me try it.

I just hit a few panels on my S4 with McKee's 37 new SiO2 formula paint coating and must say I'm VERY impressed. I'm experienced with their previous formula and liked it a lot. I'm also a big Cquartz and 22PLe user but must say, if the long term 37's new coating is better than the previous and rivals the others, I'll be a full-on convert for all my coating work. I'll be putting up a full review once I re-do my wife's van fully in the coming weeks.

Ultima acrylic waterless wash. They took a few years to develop but wow it was worth the wait.

For me it has to be Hydro 2 lite. I have never seen a spray on product work as well. I to purchase cquartz and a bunch of other items so for $25 I figured I would try it on my wife's car and it worked great.

I know I'm late to the party with this one but, HD Speed. I used it for the first time recently. I buffed out my mom's badly swirled, gloss black Nissan Altima. Ended up doing the entire car with an orange LC flat pad after doing a test spot with a white one first. In my research, I was skeptical of it finishing down nicely with an orange pad when Mike recommends a black or white pad for cleaner waxes, but it's true, HD Speed can finish down nicely even with a cutting pad.

Just doing 4 passes at speed 5 on my PC was enough to remove 80% of the defects on the Altima. Very impressive for how little work it takes compared to a 3-step process. I suppose I didn't really work the product very long but there was ZERO dusting, and it wiped off very easily.
