First Off, Merry Christmas to Everyone!!! Order placed earlier today and still no confirmation. Anyone experience this?Feed back please
 
My order placed around noon today was immediately confirmed by email.
 
hmmm, that's odd to me only because i placed my order at 900 am and still no confirmation... Can anyone chime in and tell WHY?
 
The dumptrucks that work the internet tubes must have the day off today? :dunno:
 
yea I guess so, I just wanna make sure I get the discounts/bogo!!!
 
Its Christmas we try really not to have to work today! If you haven't got confirmation just means your order is in hold for some reason, we will contact you as soon as we get back in the office.
 
Thanks Megan and Merry Chrismas to you also. I was only asking because I do not wanna miss out on these deals I got earlier. And when Joe said he had gotten a confirmation on an order placed after mine, oh my, I nearly lost my mind. I think I really aggravated my wife up bugging her about this. Anyhow, if you hadnt noticed, yes, I have a very nervous soul. Enough if that now, Happy Holidays to everyone....

I don't blame you one bit, everyone needs some time away and Christmas is one of those days. I do hope you had a nice Christmas!

I placed an order and forgot an item. I forwarded the order to Matt and asked him to add a specific item when he returned to work once he got back to work. :dblthumb2:
 
there are a list of restrictions...usually it doesn't apply to buffers, already on-sale items, and certain equipment... take a look on the website to check out the website/email for all restrictions.
 
I also placed an order this morning and got no email confirmation. Glad to see I'm not the only one.
 
I never received an e-mail confirmation either, but I am not too worried since I saved my submitted order to a pdf.

I normally do that, but I usually get a confirmation instantly and was at a relative's house ordering from their computer.
 
if you read above Meghan already said that the order is on hold for some reason and they will take care of it when they get into the office...
 
Did you guys check your spam folder? I've had an order go on hold for incorrect billing address, I believe, but always get a confirmation email immediately.
