I shot an email to them last night, expecting them to take care of it Monday. To my surprise I got the confirmation within a half hour. Thanks guys!

I thought that the confirms were automaticly generated. Which no one needs to be in the office.

Did you guys check your spam folder? I've had an order go on hold for incorrect billing address, I believe, but always get a confirmation email immediately.

This is what I was thinking. I have a yahoo account and half the important stuff I get goes to spam folder. I'm told it's a yahoo thing.
