Wondering what the best AIO or what everyone 's go to AIO? I'll be using my Flex 3401.

I've only used one and by hand nonetheless, so my opinion won't hold any weight but I really liked Poorboys Polish w/ Sealant. Great cleaning ability and surface was slick like a standalone wax. Topped it with EX-P for winter protection.

This is like asking what’s the best tasting beer or best pizza topping. Everyone will have a different opinion. I’ve only used two (HD Speed and Menzerna 3-in-1) and they were both very good.

360. I’ve used three. Sonax and D166 are the others. No Speed because I’m completely satisfied with 360. Just an opinion.

I was torn between 360 and speed. I wanted to use menzerna but can't justify the cost for production work. I pulled the trigger on 360 based on multiple sources saying it's a bit more durable, and have been extremely satisfied thus far. I may buy some speed just to compare but 360 is good enough to where I really don't have to.

As the saying goes, I'm sure you'll get a lot of different responses but I learned how to detail in the mid 80's with a Cyclo and Meguiar's #6 Cleaner/Wax AIO. I used that combo for YEARS and it served me well. Today, I have experience with HD Speed, Griot's Finishing Sealant, Meguiar's NEW D166 Ultra Polishing Wax and Wolfgang Uber All-In-One. I will say give the Meguiar's D166 a shot.

I appreciate all the information! This is awesome! Are you putting these products on by hand?

How does one use an AIO? I'm looking for something in between major paint clean and wax jobs and ha e been relying using a wax car wash and a wax QD to keep it slick. Thanks...

HD Speed is by far the best AIO for my needs. It's incredibly easy to use, smells great, finishes well on hard and soft paints, is ridiculous easy to remove (even on glass) but the most important factors for me is HD Speed's ability to be used directly over plastic and rubber trim and the amazing finish it leaves compared to other AIO's.

I also like Boss Finishing Sealant. It's my go-to for hard paints paired with B&S uro-fiber pads.

Is HD Speed appropriate for cars with paint that is in very good condition?

Have you had a chance to try 360 yet? I'm always interested to hear peoples' comparisons on it.

Absolutely. Just use a pad with a little less cut.

I would say best is subjective to what you're looking for in an AIO. d151 was great the few times I used it. I enjoyed black wax too on my black car but I felt it filled more than it cut, but the shine was great for the near minimum effort. d166 in my short testing was great, really cut a lot and the paint looked beautiful. Lastly auto finesse tripple by hand had impressed me but that filled a lot and the protection was barely a month.

HD Speed is my favorite AIO, excellent value, super easy to use and exceptional results.

so heres what I have used

360- was my go to for sometime but I work in direct sunlight in the desert so heat is always an issue, I would sometimes run into problems with holograms while using 360. it didn't matter what I tried to do, change speeds, pressure pads whatever it didn't help BUT 360 did have some of the best protection of any AIO ive used and tested.

HD speed- my go to for my lowest paint enhancement offering. can be worked for what seems like days and no matter how long I let it bake in the sun (normally don't wipe any off until the whole car is done) it comes off with ease. protect has lasted about 3 months in my testing which is great for the package I offer it on.

Megs 66- my first AIO and used it by the gallon for years, its more chemical cleaning then abrasive and still has its place for me as it does great on care that are just covered in road film and waterspots. don't last long at all as far as protect, maybe a few weeks

Menz 3-1- it cost a lot and didn't seem to impress me much in any way. cut was not the best and protect was one of the first to go in my AIO head to head testing. not really worth the price for me

Megs 151 my second AIO and boy was it a great product. id say it was the best all around product, the price for a gallon is cheap, the cut is great (its 1 above 205 on the cut chart if I remember correctly) wipe off was easy, has plenty of working time and protection was about 4-6 weeks which is decent for what you are paying for.

Megs D166- the new kid on the block, so this guy is something else, it cuts amazingly, has long working time, does great in direct sunlight and as far as protection goes, seems to be the best as far was waterspot protection goes for sealants. im still running it in longevity testing but for me waterspots are the biggest concern and this so far seems to be holding up the best. now I am having issues with "sweating" but I have that issue with a few products I use and I think its because f the heat I live in. Megs has said it can be sent back but I think the product is good enough that ill buy more when im out of this and likely by the gallon. this is a step up from speed for my packages and it can cut so well and the protection so far seems to be better then any AIO so far but we shall see.

griots finishing sealant- decent cut, great working time like most griots products but I think when it comes to protection this one was out in the beginning so that was disappointing.

Thanks everyone for all the excellent information and help!
