What's the last form of exercise you've done?

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

been really focusing on relaxing my freestyle technique even more so lately and watching someone like sun yang (400, 800 and 1500m freestyle champion) has really helped me a lot (excellent video of his technique below). yesterday I got a compliment by a swimmer saying that my swimming looked effortless, it definitely put a smile on my face... :)

p.s. I can't wait for michael phelps (my main motivation to start swimming) in the upcoming olympics, the best olympian in history!

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

I do Wendlers 531 program. I have done 1 powerlifting meet and just did a mock one last weekend to check my 1 rep maxes. I totaled 945 at 193 lbs, so decent.

But the important thing (to me) is that all my lifts went up. I have also gained considerable mass the last couple months. Mostly in my legs.

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

Exercise ????

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

Jumping jacks, curls, and some drumming exercises.

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

I got sick of running, which I never really liked over the last few years, and am returning to cycling. At this point I'm knocking out rides of 14~20 miles a few times a week. Hitting the bike after work is theraputic and one I look forward to rather than dreading like I did when I ran.

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

I started cycling back up as well. Been consistently riding 20 miles about 4-5 times a week.

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

Pumping some gasoline.

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

I run everyday, anywhere between 4-5 miles. And a little weights and such 2-3 days a week. nice to relieve stress

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

I had sex with the wife last night - does that count?

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

I do as much as I can of the long jump/triple jump circuits that I build for my athletes.

Typical day includes a mobility jog circuit, static flex circuit, dynamic flex circuit, and then depending on the day or cycle it could continue with sprint drills, hurdle mobility, technical training like short approach drills, acceleration development, bounding/plyo circuits, then after that it could be some olympic lifts, core/calisthenic circuits, med ball throws, etc.

Now if I could only avoid the crack-like simple sugars in foods, ugh.

Re: what's the last form of excercise you've done?

Shoveled out 40 ton of gravel today with 2 helpers and 1 wheelbarrow. Yep I'll pay for it tomorrow.
