I have a huge stash of towels, pads, etc that I don't use but at least I do find alternative uses for those....

And then there is the 'Nuba stash
I haven't donated this and have kept this around., even though I haven't used it in forever.
The 1 product bin I don't know really what to too.....Spent too much, haven't used it in forever.

Who's a hoarder and who's a purger.
It's getting warmer and I think this year, it will be part of the spring cleanup program

I usually go thru my stuff maybe once a year and discard what I will never use. No detail hobbyist in the neighborhood or at work.

Everytime I look at the 'Nuba bin, all I see is - ya know.

Every once in a while you've gotta crack them open just for the smell. I forget how good some of the "old faithful" products smelled until you blow the dust off and use them to shine up some random thing around the house.

I always liked the smell of Meguiar's M26 High Tech Yellow Wax.

3D one. I reach for TW one and done due to the easier wipe off and I like the scent more.

I'm a hoarder.

Finally threw out some of the first "good" stuff I got between 2010 and 2015 or so.

Still keep some of it because it's rare or impossible to replace.
Like original Danase Wet Glaze and Clearkote Vanilla Moose

You made me run down to the basement to check - that’s the wax I used to use on my E30 M3 when I had it (back in the “glory days” when I used to do religious Friday night washes after driving maybe a hundred miles between 2 cars. Now my daily commute is nearly 40, and we’re not gonna talk about wash frequency…).

Maybe the age, but my bottle of M26 smells like banana solvent…

APC. Still haven’t cracked my gallon of Bilt Hamber Surfex.

I have dedicated products for pretty much all tasks I’d tackle with it.

I was a hoarder, but I figure if I don't like and therefore use the product, then it's just taking up room in my cabinet for something better. And with limited avenues for giving it away, I have to get creative for purging crap or old products.....................

A soap my not cut it on a car, but it works well enough to clean the garbage bins. :props:

These products were cleared after having sat at the back of the cabinet for too long; either sub-par products, out of date or just that things have moved on...............

These pads have been sitting un-used since I moved from 6-inch to 5-inch machine. I tried to sell them off cheap, but will end up cutting them up for tire applicators.

Over recent months, I have been purging a range of towels that are older or not used in an attempt to have more uniformity across my lineup.

Currently, there are a couple of products that are taking up space that don't do it for me...............

Up there for one of the worst soaps I have ever tried.............

This was heavily hyped, and people seem to love it, but while I tried to like it, Dream Maker is just not a winner for me..............

Was not a fan of that product either, sat at the back of the cabinet for far too long, an almost full bottle went in the bin recently.

I never even tried. Pretty much all that I listed is brand new / sealed. I have the products I like and usually stick with them. I got those above (some free, some not) but never found the urge to try. Speed and One Step I would like to try but I always coat my cars so can’t use an AIO.

I've got a few bottles of stuff. Not that any of them are bad products, but I just do my detailing in a very different way now.

- One bottle each of the Klasse Twins (both are probably at least 15 years old)
- Prima Amigo
- 3M Imperial Hand Glaze
- Collinite 845
- Griots One-Step Sealant

I'm sure if I dug around I'd probably find more, but these are the ones that I can think of right off the top of my head.

I have a bunch of 5" LC red pads. Never used 'em but can't toss 'em either.

My Rupes polishers.

Because they broke after the first 3 uses.........:laughing::laughing:

No one in the family cares about detailing/car cleaning product's so in the bin unfortunately. or i do the neighbour's with the crap stuff but i don't tell him that.

"Bin it or win it" that's the game we all play
