Whats your favorite car shampoo?

So one of my best friend's who is by no means a detailer but loves to take care of his car was asking me what I thought the best car shampoo was. He's used Meguiar's Gold Class for a while so looking for something besides that. I suggested DP or Dodo's (any of them). Wanted to get your guys input! Im the MAN
 
DG901 By far my favorite and the best smell.
 
My favorite is the Pinnacle Shampoo for the smell cleaning ability and brings great gloss
 
Dodo BTBM and Optimum Car Wash are my favorite two. There are so many good ones out there tho.
 
CG Citrus Wash. Gentle enough for regular wash or higher dose and it can remove LSP. Produces crazy amounts foam from gun or cannon. Leaves surface slippery and shiny. One of the best products from CG.
 
I use poorboy's SS&W... but never anything else "good"

How does it compare to others?
 
I used Meg's Gold Class for around 15 years before switching to Duragloss Car Wash Concentrate. I would love to see an updated Meguiar's soap, especially to Gold Class. Next to DG I really like Griot's Garage Car Wash. My strong wash is with CG Citrus Wash & Gloss.
 
I like Optimum. Nice foam. Slick feel. Easy to dry. I have really been liking all of the OPT products I have tried so far.
 
My favorite shampoo isn't a shampoo...it's DP rinseless. Not a fan of tons of suds or foam. When I do occasionally use a conventional shampoo, I like CG citrus daily or Optimum car wash.
 
My favorite would probably have to be dodo's born to be mild or DP auto bath. Great lubricity from both and that's the biggest thing I look for.

I would have to say my top top top favorite wash is Dodo Juice Born To Be Mild. Me close second favorite car wash is the Ultima Paint Guard wash. Its inexpensive for one, and most important it works great.
 
DG 901 for me. But I got a gallon of Majestic Solutions Ultra Gloss yesterday that I can't wait to try!

Ultima Paint Guard Plus FTW!

I agree DJBTBM is excellent as well. Its strengths are similar to those of UPGP imo. It is certainly in my top 3-4.

1.- Ultima
2.- Optimum
3.- Dodo Juice Sour Power, Duragloss, or Majestic Solutions
4.- Dodo Juice Born to be Mild

Back when I first got into detailing, and only knew about autopia, I bought the Ultima Paint Guard kit with the Sheepskin Mitt combo. That was my first REAL car wash product and I loved out my car would look after washing it.
