Whats your favorite detailing product?

Mike,

Black Fire TP&S:

Have you had a chance to do many comparisons with other AIO's? If so I'd be interested in why you chose this particular AIO.

I have several AIO's of which Wolfgang is probably considered by many the best of what I own. I haven't used it yet. Been considering getting D151 and HD Speed to add to my AIO arsenal, but then how much better can they really be. I also use DG and XMT AIO's.

Just interested in your thoughts.

I have all the material I need to put a review together with video on BF TP&S. Keep your eye out as I will be putting it up this week. Your not going to believe the 50/50 pictures.... This will be your next AIO

(I also have a review with video on the BF Crystal Seal to put together this week)

I have not used the Wolfgang Uber AIO. I also hear great things about it. Though I can not comment as I have not used it yet.

Thanks so much, Mike.

Optimum No Rinse Wash and Gloss

or...

Collinite 845... Too hard to decide, love them both very much.

Oh yeah, forgot about rinseless washes.... They are the best thing since sliced bread.

Prolly Prima Amigo.

Not the latest and greatest... But have you used it? I use it a lot. Effortless. Doesn't stain trim or get stuck in cracks. No need to tape. Doesn't get visibly stuck in clear bra edges.

Only product I know that's a paint cleaner, polish, and glaze - all in one. The product to use on a car in good shape. Works well with waxes or sealants. Smells good. Bottle is nice.

Slap it on anything painted via machine. and it works - with no mess and super easy wipe off.

Best prep product out there.

Nothing compares to it.

Actually blackfire gloss enhancing polish is a polish, cleaner, and glaze...and probably the best in class.

Detailing Sprays hands down.. Before them, I had to wash my cars.

Note:
While spray detailers are first and foremost
positioned as products for removing light dust,
if used wet or heavy and with good technique,
that can substitute for a high lubricity waterless
wash. Use your own judgment.
^^^The Truth; and so well articulated!^^^

Right now it's Prima wax as you dry. This shyt kicks ass. Beautiful glossy sheen, not plastic or fake looking. Keeps easily for two weeks if I miss a wash. I suspect some or more come off in my way of washing (No stone left unturned), but that Collie 476 pops it's head out and says "Here I am dude, no worries, (I gotcha covered) yes you do, yes you do.

Peace,

Darrin

Yes, I have a sample from my last AG order. I will mix it up and try it in a spray bottle.

I've been detailing for 23 years full time ,I've tried every product out there Malco, carbrite,Ardex etc. Back in 2006 I found autogeek, they had a small office at that time.poorboys qw was awesome no product like it ever I was a vendor for Mercedes Benz detailing. As I'm mobile in the Florida heat almost every car was black,I work by myself some days I would have 4 or 5 cars .i would always encounter a lot of black s classes that stuff was amazing no dusting ,if you think four star paint protection was easy to wipe off ,no comparison .It was such a great filler and super slick car looked like a paint correction from 5 feet away.At detail fest I met Steve at the poorboys booth and asked him if I could buy the old version They stopped formulation due to voc law.my my go to product today .Blackfire coating or four star paint sealant. That sealant awesome for hot and humid days here in south fla .

I've said numerous times every detailer/enthusiast should own at least one traditional PC style DA and with that said the GG6 would be my choice. lots of torque/power, excellent customer service, and the lifetime warranty on top of all that...

if anyone is on the fence on purchasing a traditional PC-style DA then get the GG6! you really have nothing to lose, they (Griot's) back their products...

My better half just got a new condo, and wants me to be able to detail in the garage. I'm thinking that I'll leave my PC there, and pick up the GG6 to replace it in my mobile arsenal.

it's an excellent choice and I wouldn't recommend it if it weren't up to my standards... :xyxthumbs:

Right now it's Blackfire TPS, but after tomorrow night, it'll probably be Collinite 845.
