What's your go to AIO?

Optimum Poliseal or CG Blacklight (although blacklight is very light in cleaning and in protection, but the look it gives is fantastic)
 
Some all-in-one products chemically clean then leave a protective coating. They do a great job but the down side is they do little regarding correction.

Other products like Meguiar's D151 contain abrasives and correct many minor surfaces imperfections and remove surface oxidation. These tend to leave the finish looking brighter and more glossy than a non-abrasive product.

Meg d151 is great, opt poli seal if your looking for less correction but good cleaning
