Just wanted to get some idea's on what good plastic restorer products are out there and what some of you veterans use as your goto plastic/trim restorer. I have a guy who might want me to clean his jeep and as you all know some jeeps have quite a bit of plastic on them. I just picked up a bottle of meguiars ultimate black but only tried it on a very small amount of trim. It did give me great results but I don't know if I'd go all out using it on someone's jeep fenders. Let me know what you guys think!

If you want something more long term go with dlux. It really makes a difference

I like Solution finish. It comes in a tiny bottle but a little goes a long way..

Solution Finish. Purchased a 12 oz. Bottle and never looked at another trim restorer.

You can mark me as a solution finish person as well. One thing I will say is that how you prepare the plastic before hand is the most important part of restoring any trim.

Wolfgang Exterior Trim Sealant, rubber trim sealant, rubber protectant, exterior trim products, metal sealer

Forum fav. I have used this on my xterra, that is littered with trim also. I have gotten MONTHS of protection out of it.

Griots Garage Black Shine Trim Restorer

Currently have the griots black trim restorer on. This is also turning out to be a great product.

Then you can get into the many new aerosol products for trim. But more prep work is involved in masking. As they tend to get all over the paint.

I like Blackfire for overall use. It is not nearly as messy as Solution Finish. You should have more than one in the arsenal since some work better on different plastics.
