What's your Optimum Metal Polish technique?

I use and really like Optimum Metal Polish. I use it with two towels. One to rub the polish in and the other to buff.

I feel like I'm not utilizing the power of the polish and there are better ways to use it.

So.....how do you use your Optimum Metal Polish?

I use it with 0000 steel wool and a MF on my stainless tips. Love the way it finishes.

Thank you. Is there any special technique with using steel wool? I've never used it and I'm not ever sure where to get it.

any big box store will carry it. You have to get 0000 steel wool and it's basically one use and it's done (if you try to save it. longer than a few days it rusts) so cut it into smaller pieces big enough for one time use

+1 on the #0000 wool. rub the opt in and let it sit until it hazes.

i just picked this up. ive read some back and forth thoughts on whether to use steel wool #0000. ive used it on stainless tips before with glass cleaner and liked the results so using it with metal polish will look even nicer.
