With winter season hitting us soon, what will be your winter LSP? Anybody going for sealant/wax combo? I have three cars, and think to have different LSP combo on all three...Hmmmmm....
I have DG 601/105 combo, Klasse Twins, Collinite 845, 915, GI gloss finish, Zaino Z-2, Z-5 (and ZFX), Werkstatt twins (Prime strong, AJ, and AJ-T), Blackfire wet diamond (my new favorite sealant), and BH AB...still haven't decided what I'm gonna use...
Thinking of ordering FK 1000p, maybe will use it on wheels or something (want something more durable then Poorboy's wheel sealant).
What's your winter LSP will be? Or maybe a combo???

A coat of Deep Gloss Paint Sealant topped with Fuzion (after a few days)

The winter weather is great in south Florida so durability is not a major concern. If I lived up north I would go with one of the Collinites.

Wolfgang DGPS topped with RBOE(last year). This year I haven't decided yet.

Last year I used Meguiars #20 Polymer Sealant. It seemed to hold up well. Several weeks ago I put a coat of Meguiars #16 on. That may end up being my winter wax this year.

I'm so lazy :D with my vehicle. So I might go with Ultima UPGP, since that is what I have on it now..

I'm using Klasse Twins w/ 2 coats of SG. and 2 coats of Collinite 845 to start with and I'll go from there. I have already have 1 coat of the 845 and am very impressed withe the gloss and smoothness on my care. I have seen where others have stated that the 845 is their choice of a great winter wax.

Last year I used Collinite 845 on both my S2000 and Taurus (now sold). It worked great.

This year I am using Blackfire Wet Diamond on my S2000 and will continue to use Ultima Paint Guard Plus on the new CR-V. UPGP is so easy to use! I do not know about its durability, though, as I have never gone more than two months before deciding to apply a fresh coat--not because I discerned that the sealant was failing but simply because it's too easy not to apply every couple of months. Hopefully the UPGP will successfully take the CR-V through the winter months.

The winters here in Roanoke are fairly mild. We don't get all the snow and ice you guys get up north. And occasionally a day comes along and the temperature creeps into the 50s. If I can, I'll try to take advantage of such a day and throw on a fresh coat of my chosen sealant or perhaps Ultimate Quik Wax. We'll see how it goes.

Next week I also hope to detail my daughter's '97 Honda Accord (actually, I still own the car). I'll use ColorX and then follow it up with a coat of either NXT or Finish Kare 1000p, probably the latter, since I haven't tried it yet. We intend to sell the vehicle in November.

I use 3 layers of UPGP then a coat of Swissvax Saphir (to be replaced with Dodo Juice when it runs out)

I am trying out FK1000P this winter. I've already got one coat on and plan to add another when I can. Looks like a cold rainy weekend, so maybe next weekend....

Anyway, I'm loving the 1000P so far - dirt/bugs/bird bombs come off so easily it's almost hard to believe! I've heard the durability is great too. I was going to top it with 845, but I love how easy it is to wash the car so I don't want to fool with it now!
