Pretty much all non acid wheel cleaners are safe.

Either one of the below product-lines’ wheel
cleaners will be safe on not only the wheels
you’ve pictured, but also totally safe for just
about any/all OEM wheels.

• P21S WHEEL CLEANERS gel and regular

• S100 Wheel Cleaner: Intense yet safe wheel cleaner that clings to vertical surfaces, spokes, etc. motorcycle wheel cleaner, s100 wheel cleaner

As the others have said, most wheel cleaners should be safe on those wheels. But if you are washing them regularly, any good car wash soap should be sufficient. And for a 2-in-1 use a wash & wax soap (ceramic/SiO2 are even better) to clean and add a little protection.

The green Griots wheel cleaner is my favorite. It's pretty gentle, but yet still cleans well.
