How about Duragloss 501? Many people seems to like it on their wheels and it last pretty long.

501/601 works great. I use to use it before OC. 501 will really get your wheels clean.

I would say about 3 months. Pretty much just used soap and water with a little agitation. I would use DG AW when drying. A little extra protection and really great gloss
