Poorboy's World Wheel Sealant,Wheel Wax,Eagle One's Keep Clean Wheel or Chemical Guy's Wheel Gaurd.

Have any of you guyz use these products or seen the results?

I like CG wheel guard. So easy to apply and remove.

I've only used the DP wheel glaze.
I hear great things about the Poorboy's World Wheel Sealant. Got a sample of it thanks to Tad that I'm going to try soon.

I use both the DP and Poorboys Wheel Sealants and love both !

How often you recommend coating a set of wheels? ...every month or two?

I do a coat every month due to the dirt/brake dust/heat that wheels see. I then use reg car wash and water to clean during the protection phase. When ready to redo it -- I use rim cleaner and then recoat once dried.

I'm a slacker when it comes to sealing my (stock) wheels, but that's the regimen I follow, albeit less often with the wheel cleaner/sealant.

P21 followed up by PB's once a month. Gotta love that Bimmer brake pad dust.

With the Griots wheel cleaner (soon to be switched with sonax wheel cleaner)

Def dont use eagleone's keep clean i saw it at the local parts store and tryed it when i used it on several cars it would dry into chalk like residue no matter how little i put on not worth it at all. I say poorboy's is the way to go.

I have PB wheel sealant it works great but for long lasting sealant for wheels i use Jetseal and love it! Klasse SG works great too!

Smartwax RimWax (which I believe is the same product as CG Wheel Guard) is really easy to buff off, much easier than PB Wheel Sealant.

Eagle One Keep Clean leaves the wheels a bit white and hazy if you over-apply but it's the only product that actually STOPS brake dust from sticking to your wheels. ArmorAll Wheel Protectant works the same as well. The product completely washes off in hard rain or during the next car wash.

Wheel Sealant has the BEST shine on wheels, but RimWax and Wheel Sealant don't seem to reduce or eliminate brake dust accumulation. They just make the wheels easier to clean during your next car wash. Supposedly, these two products can go several months if you wash your wheels with soap and water. Most wheel cleaners will strip the protection off.

Dont get too caught up in needing a specific wheel protectant. No product is going to last long on wheels at all no matter what it is. Stick to something you use on paint like Colli 849, Opti-seal, UPGP, DG Aquawax, or 1000P as they all work extremely well. Easy to apply/remove and are all fairly durable.

If your looking for something that does not allow brake dust to stick on the face of the wheel as easily Armor all wheel protectant works but has never lasted more that two weeks for me until I had to reapply.
