What is the best product and method to keep wheel wells clean and looking black? I have tried several thing and Wolfgangs has by far been the best and longest lasting. I will continue to use but am open to all suggestions.

However, someone once gave a tip to try the foam tire aerosol sprays on wheel wells.

I generally dont do anything because nothing is really going to last and they are not very easily seen.
 
Unless you're pulling the wheels off and coating with Dlux or similar, any spray dressing is your best bet.

^^ LOL!

Traditional plastic inner fender wells I have coated with DLUX for a more "semi-permanent" way to make them easier to clean. On fabric wells, I've tried with some limited success the 303 fabric. They clean well but sticks and such still are a pain

Tried them don't work very good and on a pickup they are very visible and even when truck is clean if wells are dirty it is very noticeable
 
I like Meguiars Tire Foam on the black plastic. The rear wells on my truck are painted body color and I've been putting Collinite 845 on them. Looks great!
 
Griots under carriage spray works well. If you want something longer lasting, but takes more time to use, use Dlux for sure.
 
Wheel wells aside, you know what really bugs me? It is that while you can dress the heck out of your tire's sidewalls, you can't dress the tread. It just looks bad, and there's nothing you can do about it ...except dress it and not drive.
 
any water based dressing will do in the wells and either hyper dressing, water based dressing (d-line) and Perl will all do the job quite well...
 
It really depends how easily you can access the wheel wells. If it's a lifted truck, use Dlux coating. Water based dressing spray for the opposite(unless you pull the wheels off).
 
Sonus engine kote. I do this as part of my 3000 mi maintence when I change the oil. I pull all the tires, clean (opti clean & iron x) and seal (opti seal) the rims, wash and spray the wells with Sonus engine kote (usually 2 coats), rotate tires. The wheels, rims, and wheel wells get cleaned each week. The wells get cleaned with 2BM and a bottle brush

Yes! So true.

I dress my spare with Duplicolor Tire Shine. It comes out pretty good.

Wolfgang exterior trim sealant I used it on my wife's DD so far after 3 washes the plastic still looks black and clean before WG it would be dull and still showing dirt? Or greyish dirty color. With the other products I tried it only lasted a couple days
