Just as the subject says: when is it time to retire a polishing pad? I have a number of pads that are getting really stained (in particular, I have white CCS pads used with McKee's 37 360, and they are getting really deep purple). What criteria do you all use to decide when it's time to toss a pad and buy new to replace? Thanks for your insight!

Ripped, torn, worn down in terms of density, etc. stains from products don't bother me.

McKees 360 will do that....it has permanently stained some of my Griots BOSS pads

For me, when it loses it's density. When a pad stays mushy I take it out of rotation.
