How do you decide to retire your polishing pads and get new ones? I have the LC hybrids oranges and whites and have had them several seasons. Some show some wear with breakdown of the foam, some just show some discoloration from the polish. Do you change out based on age? Amount of use? Appearance of the foam integrity? Thanks.
