I would get them from AG, but an order for 5 foam applicators is just ridiculous. Where can I get them over the counter? I have already been to Advanced, Walmart, and O'Reilly and they all don't have any. They only have the microfiber applicators. The only foam ones they do have are the Meguiar's ones that come in the box with a wax or something. I seriously can't find any!

It seems like the retail market things microfiber applicators are the best to apply products. It's a shame how its almost impossible to find sponge applicators anymore. I buy the pinnacle ones from ag in bulk. You can't go wrong with those:)

Same here in Montreal. I spent hours trying to find some. Finally a body shop supplier had some in stock.

I get there, he only had one brand and it's one I have not heard about before : Presta. I did not have much of a choice so I ask him for just one cut pad. They only had heavy cut in that brand, and it's a 7" one. Fine, I take it: 21$ ouch.

Get home install it and start to work with it. Thing kept kicking around at speed 4 and higher. I am not sure if it's my technique that wasn't good or if I did not use enough compound or something but I really did not like using it. The Meguiar pads did not do that for the polishing and finishing so I am guessing the pad was at fault.

No idea why but pads are impossible to find, even at places that sell the buffers...

Pep Boys had them if you have one around you.

Are they the peak foam applicators that you are talking about? I will have to make a trip there tomorrow even though I don't feel like going there. It's at least a 30 minute drive just to get there on the other side of town.

I can`t tell you if they are peak or not I never use hand applicators, I`ve had a da for many years. I know I`ve seen applicators there while shopping. Why not give them a call before you make the trip.

Get them in packs of 10 for $1 at local Dollar Tree store

If you local auto parts store doesn't have them in stock, ask them to get you some.

Many times when an item is not actually on the stores' floor, they may be only a phone call away (another store, local warehouse, ETC.).

I have found foam applicator pads at Pep-Boys and the dollar general. No need to over pay for them, just keep looking.

I got them at Walmart. Pack of 5 for 3.00. They also have the MF pads as well right next to them.

Go to your local OReillys and have them order you Meguiars part number W0004. Thats a 4pk of quality foam applicators.

Ebay..I got 12 for 5 bucks. Even cheaper if you order from china and can wait the shipping time!
