Where is Justin?

whats happems if u call his number? no one picks up?
 
That sucks! I hope there is a good reason for this, but it has been quite a while.
 
I don't like speaking for other people, but I think it's needed. I speak w/ Justin a couple times a week, and I he seems to be okay. I know he had some health problems the past couple weeks (kidney related). I believe the reasons he hasn't posted in a while is two fold. One he's really busy w/ work, but more w/ his family (3 or 4 kids). Lastly he got tired of people calling him out saying that all he does is say how good AG products work. I've ask him numerous time take care of the foam gun issue, but I guess he still has some unfinished business. Pirex I've sent you a PM, and I'll send you a gun this week. No cost to you! I'll work something out w/ Justin to cover my costs. I still enjoy reading on AG, but I been a little frustrated w/ him how some things have been handled. Honest reviews can get you off the good list, so be cautious w/ what you type. I stay extremely busying working, and have a hard time posting any of my work. I average about 30 to 40 vehicles a week w/ 60% wash and vacs, 30% wash and wax, and 10% full details. If anyone wants a gun feel free to PM me and I can be sure to get one shipped to you w/ in 3 or 4 days of you order. Happy detailing, and I hope this helps explain a few things.

That's a bunch of crap. Not being honest is what gets you in trouble. If a review isn't honest it's not worst anything.

Thanks for stepping up to the plate Shady! We are aware of Justin's health problems, wanting to spend time with his family and being busy at work. But the fact of the matter is that when you commit to something and a sale is made, it's also two-fold: money is sent, then a product is received. It's frankly extremely poor business to receive one's hard earned cash, then not send a product or return emails, PMs or phone calls. Very bad business.

before all of this he never returned p/ms at all . this was a while ago .before all the foam gun problems.

That's why I decided to do the right thing and make Pirex's order good. I've always tried to be honest and hard working to make my business prosper. Hopefully one day it will pay off w/ some time of detail supply business.

Well said Gary. If you are writing pompous reviews that are not honest just to continue to receive free goods than your words are useless.

They're are a lot of "Do boys and Do girls" that do exactly that for AG.

I am not sure your opinions are fair ones. There are a bunch on guys and girls on here that I rotate sending samples to. And shadybreal when you had time I sent them to you too, and I never cut you off or anyone else for posting a negative review. I think a few members can chime in on this. I send items to members and asked them to take the time and do an honest review, take pictures and please post as soon as possible since with new items the members have nothing to go off of but the manufacturers claims. The reviews that are done take time, not all people are capable of doing them in a fast manner, those that do I appreciate it. So to all of you on the sample list do not let this post discourage you, "I" and the company I work for appreciates your time you take away from your work and your family to share your opinions with us.
