I am not sure your opinions are fair ones. There are a bunch on guys and girls on here that I rotate sending samples to. And shadybreal when you had time I sent them to you too, and I never cut you off or anyone else for posting a negative review. I think a few members can chime in on this. I send items to members and asked them to take the time and do an honest review, take pictures and please post as soon as possible since with new items the members have nothing to go off of but the manufacturers claims. The reviews that are done take time, not all people are capable of doing them in a fast manner, those that do I appreciate it. So to all of you on the sample list do not let this post discourage you, "I" and the company I work for appreciates your time you take away from your work and your family to share your opinions with us.

I can attest as Meg has sent me some stuff a couple times even though I voiced my opinion on two products I didn't like, XMT Glaze and DP Glass Restorer....
 
It takes a less than a "Nominated for a Brownie Point of the Year Award" review to create displeasure? I would have never thought that. I would have thought that it takes even much less than that. For example, all it takes is that you want to share excitement about your most recent purchase without any review at all for your thread to get locked with an explanation that discussions of competitor's products should be done elsewhere (http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/detailing-forum/8734-flex-xc-3401-vrg-coming.html). That would be all fine and dandy if it weren't that there is a number of examples of full extensive reviews of products not carried by AG that were not locked or said anything about so it seems it is not about what is said but who said it.
 
Well then i guess im the lucky one, cos most of what ive bought from AG, have been after reviews, so either:

AG only got great products OR the reviews is the real deal cos the products IS good, and by the way, there are bad reviews on AGol also.

By giving a good review on a bad product on a forum as "freely spoken" as AG, is like shooting yourself in the foot imo...

Anyway there is respect that YOU Shady sort things out regarding the Foam lance issue that mr J got with Pirex, that was very kind imo. im glad i never bougth anything from him personaly, but i dont like seeing my Buddies getting tricked either..

Thanks again for the Surf City samples, and I can attest to Meghan being fair, even though I have expressed my disappointment with some of AG's products.

The last thing I'm trying to is discourage people from posting reviews. I enjoy reading them and learn quite a bit from the good ones. I made my first post on this topic in order to help defend Justin. I just like everyone loved received samples and posted reviews for as many as a could. I just had a hard time doing reviews on products that I wouldn't normally use doing the course of my day. I could do tons of reviews on the basic items, and would of enjoyed doing them on Menz and some of the other new products. I respect AG and the successful company they've have become. I have no hard feelings to you or any of the staff. If I did I wouldn't continue to order products from you guys w/ so many other sources for the same stuff. I enjoy making a order and knowing its going to be correct and shipped on time. Keep up the good work and hurry up w/ Detail Fest if I'm still welcome.

Hopefully in the end everything will work out for those that haven't gotten a foam gun. In my opinion though being busy and personal problems (unless they were such that you couldn't get to your computer) are no excuse for not delivering the product or returning the money. Some mentioned Paypal and a refund takes only a few seconds. I have no way of knowing the truth but my experience when someone takes money for an item and does not deliver for an extended period of time they are BROKE. Lack never seems to bring out the best in people.
 
Hey sometimes thinks come up in life and things change. He may have had health problems or a death in the family you never no. Maybe he will get back when he gets his life together.
 
I don't like speaking for other people, but I think it's needed. I speak w/ Justin a couple times a week, and I he seems to be okay. I know he had some health problems the past couple weeks (kidney related). I believe the reasons he hasn't posted in a while is two fold. One he's really busy w/ work, but more w/ his family (3 or 4 kids). Lastly he got tired of people calling him out saying that all he does is say how good AG products work. I've ask him numerous time take care of the foam gun issue, but I guess he still has some unfinished business. Pirex I've sent you a PM, and I'll send you a gun this week. No cost to you! I'll work something out w/ Justin to cover my costs. I still enjoy reading on AG, but I been a little frustrated w/ him how some things have been handled. Honest reviews can get you off the good list, so be cautious w/ what you type. I stay extremely busying working, and have a hard time posting any of my work. I average about 30 to 40 vehicles a week w/ 60% wash and vacs, 30% wash and wax, and 10% full details. If anyone wants a gun feel free to PM me and I can be sure to get one shipped to you w/ in 3 or 4 days of you order. Happy detailing, and I hope this helps explain a few things.

I find this post offensive as to date I have never seen anyone being requested to change or only post a good product post. We have however curbed outside selling an outside reviews and for the very reason noted above. Nobody should EXPECT freebies for a service, it is a big undertaking to try a product and post an worthwhile review.

AG cannot control the sale and delivery process of outside users and thus the change to terms/conditions. It is however ashame to take the post in a wrong direction to simply cover up the topic that needs addressing.

So when will our forum members be corrected or refunded ??? I personally would never allow my good name to be trashed for several foam cannons or the price of their admission. I hope you will continue to help Justin repair this situation as it appeared a joint venture.
