Ok, so since that great ebay sale has me 5 tins of #16 coming to my door, I need the matching set. I have a customer of mine that has a yellow tin of #26 that is supposedly really really rare. I would however rather buy my own than buy his. Also, I have heard the burgandy tins of M19 are still floating around somewhere and can still be found. Do any of you guys have any sources?

I've been looking for a while for both of them too. I drove to every small mom and pop shop and napa all over my area to look for them both with no luck. Searched the internet and called and emailed a few store across the US and still nothing.

You might be better off trying to bribe Nappers. I know he has two!

Just keep doing what your doing and keep an eye out on other forums, Chris aka PorscheGuy944 has had great luck finding vintage Meguiar's stuff on Ebay and has some connections here and there....He's over at MOL as well! Great guy.

I can't be bribed, bought or muscled.....I am also not sure what your talking about.....

ppppppbbbbbb

I just ordered 6 cans of M16 on Ebay for 42 bucks. They have a ton left!!!

Not sure if I can put a link up or not but it's over on MOL the link for Ebay.

ok i dont get it is this just a collectors thing or is there some big secret about how good this stuff is sounds like a collectors thing to me. and yeah if your having trouble finding it your not looking i just typed in "meguiars wax" on ebay and there it was

They are both collectors items as they are rare and great looking waxes. We the M19 is just mostly collectors item with decent looks i guess. M19 is the same as M06, just the paste version with a really nice looking tin.

Both are rare and hard to find. You lucky if you can get a tin of M19 let alone the yellow tin of M26.

Neither are currently on ebay.

I only have one can of M16, I put it on so thin it should last me the rest of my life.

I have a lead on a tin of the M26 yellow can, but M19 is giving me a fit.

Is #16 a pure wax or is it a wax + some sealant like mixed in. I have a tin or two my way and just wanted to know.

So is this just some kind of collectors thing I take it? I mean are they going to look better than some of these newer high end waxes?

#16 is a great wax. It has no sealant in it. #16 is something that everyone should try one time in their life. It looks great, durable as heck and beads as well as anything I have ever used.

M19 is really nothing but megs cleaner wax in paste form.

M26 is another great nuba with some darkening effect.

Going to Ebay now...

Not sure on link posting but go to ebay and type:

Meguiars Mirror Glaze Professional Paste Wax

8.99 a tin with free shipping or make an offer, I bought 6 tins for $7.00 a piece! (42 bucks for 6!!)

I'm not totally sure on Autogeek's position on link posting either.

Mike, Meghan, Dwayne or anyone at Autogeek,

Is there an official post with the forum rules for Autogeekonline so that everyone knows what is permitted and what is not? I did a search when I first registered a few months ago, but I was never able to find anything? Maybe I missed it?

Just curious...

Thanks.

Great question...

The forum rules are a Sticky in the Off Topic forum, here's the link,

Forum Rules

I may take a stab at updating them when we upgrade the forum. I just read them myself and from my understanding of what's explained, topics of discussion are limited to the products sold by Autogeek as this forum supports the Autogeek Store which does in fact pay the bills.

For this reason, even though M16 is no longer legal to sell or distribute into the United States because our pollution/VOC laws are more restrictive than the rest of the worlds, because Autogeek doesn't sell M16, discussions about this and links to where it can be purchased should be refrained from, which does in fact make sense.

Thanks for understanding everyone!

:)

I found 3 tins of M19 and I still have a lead on M26 in the yellow tin!
