Where to find those wheel brushes that look like giant paintbrushes?

I know of the daytona type wheel cleaners, but am really looking to get a hair brush that will let me do wet wheels and the engine bay.

Anyone have any suggestions or alternatives?

You could get the Mother's 3 brush set. Comes with a long handled brush for wheel wells, a shorter one for wheel faces, and another for tire scrubbing. I just picked up the set and used it last weekend for the first time. It's well worth the money! I suppose you could designate the long handled brush to engine duty.

Not really sure what a paint brush style is but I use the short and long handle green bristle brushes for wheels and wells. For the engine I also use a bottle brush style. I know ag sells both for about $15 for a set if green ones. How that helps. maybe you could post a picture of what style your referring to?
