Ok guys so im looking into acquiring a glaze. Ive looked at many reviews and its come down to two products

Prima Amigo and Poorboys Black Hole

Ive read numerous reviews on them both but i still cant seem to find a definitive answer to which one fills in swirls and scratches better :/ Prima Amigo is a little bit more expensive, but thats not a problem. I could end up purchasing both, but id rather get one since im not planning on glazing all the time. Its just recently ive become aware that ive polished certain areas of my car a little too much, and i dont want to keep polishing my car all the time when i see the odd swirl here and there. I have a black eclipse with mind blowing soft paint. Not to mention that these cars are known for clear coat failure :/ god forbid

Anways, Plz share your opinions on these products! Im leaving on vacation on wednesday so i was hoping to placing this order late night tuesday or very early wednesday!

I can't say anything about either of those two as I have never tried them. I can say that I am partial to Meguiar's #5 or #7 glaze. I use them on my Honda which has ridiculously soft paint. It hides any of the swirls that are left on it.

I love Prima Amigo, to me it works very similar to CG Blacklight but is easier to apply and remove and leaves a slicker finish with some decent filling. Smells really good too

One of these days I need to try Amigo, I keep hearing good things. Of the glazes I've used Glossworkz fills the best.

Poor Boy's Black Hole does an excellent job on dark colors.:xyxthumbs:

I should add to be completely fair that the two products I mentioned are AIO's that have filling ability. As for a glaze that is strictly a glaze Glossworkz does work really well

How does CG Blacklight compare to Glossworkz?

read above ^^^^^ ... Bl is an all in one .. so it has mild abrasives in it and seals the paint

Glossworkz is a full on glaze [nothing else]. Therefore glossworkz only works as a glaze. No mild cleaning properties and its not a sealant.

I believe I may have thrown you for a loop (I apologize), Amigo and Blacklight are similar products. Both are AIO type products with slight filling/ cleaning ability and a little bit of polymer sealant to leave a little protection. I have used both, and they perform similar but I liked Amigo better. You mentioned the Amigo which is not a glaze like glossworkz.

Here's a few:

Meguiar's: A couple that's already been mentioned. (5/7)

3M's:
-Imperial Hand Glaze<<<(one of my all-time favorites)
-Foam Polish Pad Glaze(s)...
05995 for light-colored vehicles; 05996 for dark-colored vehicles

Blue Coral's: Product X

Sterling's: Product 24 Fill In Glaze

Gliptone's: Foam Pad Polish

Malco's: Plum Crazy Hand Glaze

P&S':
-Velocity Glaze
-Hi Tone Glaze

ProCar's: P-8-Q Allura Finish Glaze

Production Car Care's: AX313 Glaze

That's enough glazes for now...IMO.
Now how about some good ol' AIO's:
(Think Meguiar's: M12; White/Black Waxes---And their numerous kinfolk from other brands)

:)

Prima Amigo is one of my all time favorite products. I've also had great results with CG Glossworkz Glaze

As much as I'd like to try out glossworkz, at $30 for 16oz that's a little bit much, so I'm more focused on black hole or prima amigo. Ahh it's a tough choice :/

I guesse ill buy both black hole and prima amigo :/ I still can see some actual proof that one is better than the other, but that's fine.

Exactly why, then, are you choosing to purchase these two products?

reason im getting multiple products is because i still dont know which is better :/ who knows i might get all three and do a review :D
