Hey Guys! I'm looking for some quality halogens lights I could use so I could finish my detailing "after hours." Haha. Well I can't decide where to even start and I figured a lot of you probably have halogens so I was hoping for a little insight on them. Thanks again guys!

i would just go to home depot or your local home improvement store and find the cheapest set. As long as they are bright, and pretty sturdy, they will be fine. I just use a mechanic light, you know, the lightbulb on the handle attached to an extension cord. i dont know the real name for it. but i can see swirls really well with it.

Brinkman Xenon Handheld for spot checks !!

I know COSTCO by me carries a nice dual set up similar to the ones at Home Depot for less $.

i just bought a single 600 watt dual filament floor standing light for 16 bucks at sears. works a whole lot better than the 60 watt hand held!
