Like the title says, which polish/wax/sealant would specifically make Grabber Blue look amazing?

Looking for a specific combo just for this paint color. I am always reading how certain products make silver, black or white look amazing. Just wanted to see if anyone (professional or newbie) has found a killer combo for this paint color. I want my paint to glow. Here are some pics.

If you want "glow" you're probably after a harder wax with a high carnauba content, as opposed to a soft wax with lots of solvents or polymers in it. I typically consider soft waxes and sealants to have more of a plastic-wrapped high gloss look as opposed to a deep glow. Since it's not a metallic you won't have to worry about muting of the flake.

Beautiful!

I'm a little partial to the color :) Mine's the runt of the litter; a V6 base model. I'll be watching this threat with great interest.

My car is my daily driver, so durability is important to me. I use:

Klasse All In One
Klasse Sealant Glaze (x2)
Colonite 845

I'm very happy with the results. The Klasse Twins by themselves give a nice candy shell kind of shine. Like a blue M&M. The Colonite gives a nice little boost to the shine. When I hit it with Griot's Speed Shine it looks as good as the day I waxed it. The nice thing is, it'll last till Spring. My only complaint is that the Klasse AIO & SG take a lot of elbow grease. I'm looking into Ultima Paint Guard Plus or something similar.

I personally would vote for Colli #845.

If you are looking so a sealant as well you can't go wrong with the Klasse twins then topped with #845. Try 2-3 coAts of KSG and you really see that hard candy shine. This combo is actually my winter sealant.

Have never done a grabber blue car. I would consider it similar to white in that it is more of a powdery color than a mirror color like a black or dark blue.

My standard answer is that proper paint prep is far more important than which LSP you use. It makes the most difference.

I have been real happy with WG DGPS 3.0 by itself or DGPS and Pinnacle SSII combo.

Next time you order, get a sample of WG DGPS and try it. I think you will be impressed.

I love Colli 845 on my daughters dark blue Mustang. But, havent used it on a lighter color.

Personally, I am not a fan of baby blue cars but on that Mustang it does look gorgeous as-is. Stay the course.

I am getting a deep candy effect on my accord coupe with Ultima Paint Guard and 3 coats....

In those pics it has Megs 205 and # 26 YT Wax. My plan for next spring is clay, D300 on the areas with swirls, Megs 205 and for topping options I have Collinite 476s, DG 105 TTP, Adams Machine Finishing Wax (which I hate). I was leaning towards the DG 105.

When I take it to shows I usually give it a wipe down with detail spray and coat it with ICE liquid polish. I only use the ICE LP when I go to a show bc you can get it on everything, easy to put on a take off, makes the paint really slick/wet look, it's cheap and OTC

wow. sweet car. you are done. :)

i did not give a suggestion initially. as i suspected youll get a wide range of suggestions. as the pros here have said and i have learned, its mostly the prep. airventure looks like hed have experience in your situation.

really is a beautiful car. never seen that color before. doubt youll go wrong with any product.

I would have never thought yours was a DD, looks great. Never tried Klasse and I have Collonite 476s but never used it on the Shelby. I also was thinking of UPGP. I might give DG 105 a shot as an LSP.

Preferences are those that each of us find exceptional in our own eyes.

Polish - I like Menzerna Super Finish PO106FA or Meguiar's M205
Sealant - BlackFire Wet Diamond or Menzerna Power Lock
Wax - Collinite 845

Ultima Paint Guard Plus is a gorgeous product and what I'd call a sealant. It layers nicely and needs only 45 minutes to cure before re-coating.

Thanx Bobby

I think I am going to try

Polish - Meguiar's M205
Sealant - DG 105 topped with UPGP

Any issues with topping DG 105 with UPGP?
