Hi everyone

I want to buy a new wax for my new white car which can give a better gloss and depth.

I will be applying the wax over a coat of dodo LP...

Options I'm considering :

1.CG pete's 53
2.Poorboys Natty's Red Paste Wax
3.Dodo Juice White Diamond panel pot
4.Dodo juice supernatural wax panel pot

If anyone of you are trying the above mentioned waxes on a white car, please do post a pic of the car here..It helps me to decide better.

I am also open to any other suggestions. I can spend up to 40 $ for the wax.

Pictures of the car would be helpful, so others could see what you are working with :xyxthumbs:

Ive tried everything on my white single stage car and there is not much that'll add that depth like a dark car for instance.

I just have perfect paint and keep a good sealant on it. Keeps that stark blueish look which makes it looks new.

The car is yet to be delivered..Just now booked.

Will put up a pic as soon as I get my hands on it.

I believe Meguiar's makes a wax especially for white cars. Might wanna check that out.

IMHO.... they would all be cool but I only have experience with #3 and #4 so.....

Yep! and for $11 at your local auto store you can't beat it. It applies very easy, buffs off nice too. I used it on a CLS550 and the customer was very happy of the results.

Meguires White wax is pretty good i've used both black and white specified waxes and i happen to like them both... the last 3 white cars i waxed ive actually used Einszette Glanz Wax... doesnt have the most pleasant smell but goes on easy and comes off even easier leaving a great shine... i know it isnt specifically for white cars but all 3 owners were very pleased with the results

LSPs I've used on white and liked. But remember, it's all about the prep!!

#845 topped with BFCS
BFCS/WG twin
Fuzion
Pinnacle Signature Series II

:whs:

I don't have experiences with Fuzion but the Collonite #845 and BFCS combo is pretty killer!

Meguiar's White Wax is an AIO...looks good on any color of car.

Your applying waxing to the CC paint (unless it's a SS paint-system).
You'll want an LSP (wax in this case) that will cure as optically clear as possible...
having the best possible: D.O.I., as it were.

Meguiar's #26 is well known for having that characteristic.

This question is exactly how I got started with AG. One day I googled the same question for my white Honda Pilot. AG's website came up and soon after it became an obsession with all my cars.

IMO the best waxes/polishes/sealants are:

Collinite 845
Poorboys White Diamond
Duragloss 105
Wolfgang DGPS
Dodo Light Fantastic

Just to name a few.

Thank u all...Since I'm applying dodo LP , I know that any sealant like BFWD or DGPS 3.0 would not bond well with the surface as all of these sealants require a bare paint surface to bond well...If I do a wipe down with IPA or car pro eraser after applying Dodo Lime Prime will the polishing oils and abrasives in the Lime Prime get removed?

There is a Larry AmmoNYC Drive Clean video. Where he talks about having a new car, and it be left wrapped etc...

I can't find it, anybody want to help out?
