White paint and my tiny orange friends

I have a metallic gray fusion and yesterday I washed, clayed and Ironx it. I used the Ironx after I clayed it and there was little tiny bleeding spot all over the car. I think those little spots happen on every car, but we can only see them on white. I topped it with DP paint coating, I hope this helps it.

Am I the only one who doesn't know what the heck this thread is about? What are the "orange friends"? I have owned a couple white cars and never noticed anything orange on them. Please enlighten me.

Rail dust is my enemy. It always makes it through my LSP.

The little rust specks mostly affect trucks and SUV's because they have semi-metallic brakes. Some cars as well. Best thing to do is to swap out your pads for a ceramic set.

Lol...........sorry, my sarcasm got the best of me. You have to look real close at the paint to see them, but they are tiny orange specs on the paint. Kind of like freckles.

Have you tried a coating yet?

I only have 3k on her at the moment, when its due for a brake swap I will definitely go ceramic.

Lol! I said the same thing when my white truck had 5000K miles on it! At 6K miles I swapped the pads with EBC ceramics and haven't seen more than one or two rust specs every 3-5K miles! Well worth the cost IMO!
