White residue on wheels after using Backfire CS

Both pics are after APC and UWC only, didn't take an after Pinnacle PWCL because it was too dark out but the white is completely off in most cases. Still don't get how the combination of two products created this. Someone I spoke to in person told me to try an IPA wipe down so I'll try that on the remaining spots that I didn't get with the paint cleaner.
