I sprayd some goof off on some of my plastic in my truck. It left a white splatter on it that i can't get off now. how can i bring it back to life and it it off

White splatter or white splotches kinda like water spotting? Either way I would take a utility MF and your preferred All Purpose Cleaner and scrub it.
