white spots after applying zaino z6

my friend has a black car
and we got it polished from a detailing shop 3 weeks ago

to maintain that gloss shine we bought a zaino Z6

2 days ago he cleaned the hood with water
then dried it with a micro fibre towel

after that sprayed the Z6 and wiped it with another clean cloth.
he hood developed white spots within a few minutes.

please help on removing them. he hasnt touched them
but they are hard and not wiping off.

what do we do to fix this
and why has this happened. it should be a simple thing
spray wipe and enjoy the shine

this has become a disaster!!!

Are you able to upload any pictures. What size are these white spots?

Also, when you say he cleaned the hood with water, do you mean no 'shampoo' was used, just water? If so, I see that as a very quick way to ruin the finish.... without any 'cleaning' or 'lubricating' agents, you will simply be grinding dirt over the paint, leading to light scratches (swirl marks) which will reflect light and rob you of 'shine'.
