I buffed out a black GMC Denali last week. Used Menzerna super polish on white LC pad. I was happy with the finished look, removed most of the swirls and webbing, but when i took an after pic with my camera. It had these tiny little white specs on the hood. But only shows in the pic ??? Anyone have any explanation on what this could be?

Dust on your camera lens? You're actually probably looking at residual polishing compound left in the tiny rock chips on your hood. You may need to clean them out one by one. It's very tedious, but that's detailing. Detailing is tedious!!!!

But why do I see it only in the pics?

Unless like you said it could be dust on the lens

The question is...who do you believe your eyes or the camera? Use different lights at different angles to see if you can see the spots. If it's there..it's probably polish trapped in some pits.

yea your right..my customer was happy with it, so I guess thats what really matters
