who has a wash-bay in the garage?

I live up north and would like to find the best way to was cars in the garage. Has any one cut in drains or made other modifications that worked? I know I can use rinseless wash, but some times you just need more water.

I just a wet dry vac to clean up what drips when I ONR the wheels and other stuff with more water.

The area where I wash my car has concrerte floor with a drain in the center the floor slopes toward the drain.

I have light from the ceiling and on the walls total of 8000 watts it has a gas furnace for winter and a 32000 BTU AC for summer with a 52" ceiling fan for added comfort when polishing.
Not a wash bay though just a 30x30 garage that doubles as my parking or washing space.
