haha it's cause as you get older and the taste buds get deader, you need to try more things just so you can taste your food again!

I sometimes make scrambled eggs just because I feel like the taste of tabasco and it tastes better on eggs than on toast...

Good stuff man - my family out here in Tennessee makes deer jerky for gatherings -SO GOOD!! Congrats on the dehydrator.... beats paying $6 for an 1/8 of a bag of jerky at the fill up station.

The best jerk I ever had was in Jamaica. Just randomly stopped on the side of the road at some small shack. Amazing

I, too, have this problem. This summer I have to avoid buying guns. I just finished building a new AR-15 and need to conserve some money...for ammo :laughing:
