Who uses flannel sheets to remove wax?

I use my old flannel shirts. I just leave the buttons on...really works the polish in.

All jokes aside. I've heard of reputable detailers using cotton baby diapers for the final wipe, to cut down on static that is built up by microfibers.

I've learned from cooking that presentation is the first step.

If you show up to someone house and bust out all the top material and tech stuff. And at the end you bust out a diaper! The customer might go out yelling and screaming that they want their money back haha

Jeremy, you are correct, when I first started a long time ago, I was told the cotton baby diapers were the softest and would not scratch the paint. Before the days of DA's it was really tough getting that Turtle Wax stuff off. I had bought a couple dozen and rotated those like the MF that are used now. I probably still would try it, but Dad used almost all of them to soak up oil and clean really dirty things as they were also pretty absorbent.
Never heard about the silk panty deal..:wow:

I've seen a lot of car products say to remove with a microfiber or terry cotton towel.

I have thousands of dollars of MF towels, don't tell me I can be using old bed sheets instead. Next thing you'll be telling me my expensive Korean MF's come from NORTH Korea! :p

I'm four figures deep into MF towels myself, but only a little over an thousand and not "thousands" like yourself. Thanks for making me feel better!:urtheman:
P.S. - Wouldn't know what to do if my towels were made in N. Korea.

Sheesh, I didn't think that comment would attract so much attention. Actually, I gave up counting long ago, maybe it's not that much, but hey, if it's making you guys feel better, ok. Besides, as long as I have enough money to buy tire dressing I'm not going to use, I'm alright.

How much have you spent on waxes??? LOL

It's all good when it comes to rubbin' paint. ;)

WHAT???
Doesn't everybody keep all their old 'skidmarks' and 'holy socks' for those special places?

More like Victoria's Secret silk thongs, (that are all over the place around here).
Really polishes the cracks!

Art Hernandez - Panty Dropper.

Don't chuck it, i'll polish your bucket.
I'll make your whip look legit.
I'll make it finer with my spit shiner...
