Why I chose AG

this forum is another reason I shop auto geek. it is a great place with great people, and 1 more way auto geek sets them self apart from the crowd.

To be honest; I never shopped at Autogeek until "after" I discovered this forum... but that's just me....

you dont have to keep all the stuff on hand they ship real fast next day to me most times. priceless keep up the good work. ps lower the price on the flexs plz lol

I did shop at Autogeek prior to learning about the Forum, but my volume of purchases has increased approximately 1,000 % after becoming involved here.

This says it all! A lot of companies EXPECT your business. They tend to forget who is paying who and they somehow think their obligation stops once they receive your check. As a customer, I shouldn't have to contact a company three times and be placed on hold for hours to correct a mistake the business made! It's a refreshing, and welcome change of pace when doing business with AutoGeek. The only issue (very small) I've had with AG was handled with a no-questions-asked, two minute phone call. Long live AutoGeek!!

Autogeek is the best. I gladly tell anyone who says they detail their car on the weekend with Nu Finish and Armor All about them, not their fault, they just need a push in the right direction.:props:

That was how I found the AG store too. After checking in on the forum for awhile.

Another story on how AG's customer service does it right.

On my last order I forgot to add the "free sample". We all know it's nice to get the freebie but the ordered items are the important ones, right? I send an email to Meghan (on a Saturday nonetheless) asking if she can toss one in if I'm in time. She replies a bit later and simply says, "I'll see what I can do". To me that is all one can expect given it was a Saturday and it was MY goof. To my surprise when I opened the package low and behold there are not 1 but 2 free samples of different products. AG could have blown this off and instead they send 2 samples, in essence saying "you goofed, you forgot but we at AG are committed to above and beyond and we got your back". :dblthumb2:
